They got right to work, and they had it looking good in less than an hour. They put drop cloths down, and had a HEPA vacuum, and there was not a bit of a mess either during their work or after. Definitely recommend, and will use them again.

We just put in a ventless insert. The house was built in 1920. I called to speak with this company to better understand what we need to do. The woman I spoke with could have not been more rude, short and unhelpful. Of course I am not a expert in chimneys, and is why I supplied her with the information that I had. She told me that there was absolutely no way for her to know what type of work they would have to do and that I need to do more research before they can help! Very disappointing as I had read good reviews of this local company.
