Courtney said the refund will be back on my card. No refund. We go back to inform Courtney that no refund showed up. She offers a "check". She says again it will be back on the card. Nothing still. For being a "manager" and no education how to do this is quite pathetic. She claimed our number which has been active for 3 years gave a "busy signal". Funny, that's a first and only time. Then she claimed she tried 3 times to do the refund and my active bank account supposedly is a deactivated card. Again, a first and only. Don't rent from this place, it's a joke to deal with the people.
