I have checked out of one unit and still have the other one. Jeff and Josh have been extremely helpful! They have been professional and communicative throughout my stay. They took considerable time to go over options and explain the pricing in detail. They called me when units I needed came available. They reserved a unit while I decided what I needed to do. It was so important that I had 2 units close together! It couldn’t have happened that way without them. Moving is awful, but working with Jeff and Josh made the storage of my things a breeze. There are a lot of choices for storage facilities in Cincinnati. I’m so happy that I chose this one!

I recently moved out of this facility due to the rent getting ridiculous, increasing at least twice a year. Plus my unit had insulation molting from the ceiling & getting on all my stuff. Would not recommend this place
