I was immediately greeted by this man with a huge smile who was working in the office alone. This man’s smile never left his face. He helped me figure out what I needed, which was a bit of savings for me compared to other storage facilities. While I was there talking to him, he was dealing with a non-stop ringing phone, a water leak, and people moving in and out-popping into the office to ask questions. He did it all with class and patience. I move into my new unit next week! Thank you so much, Robert!!
