I used to store some of our belongings in one of the Kentucky locations, and the difference between that location’s manager versus Croookshank’s manager, Robert, is just night and day. He was extraordinary!! Not to mention, when he gave me the tour, the facility is spotless and you can tell he likely runs a tight ship there, but his kindness, professionalism, and just overall amazing demeanor was a breath of fresh air! I am so happy that I am making the switch!! Robert himself played a huge role in that decision.
- MPMax PearceNov 6, 20255.0I had a wonderful experience last week at Extra Space Storage on Crookshank in Cincinnati, Ohio. Unfortunately, I have had to rent storage units in the past. It has never really been a great experience, so my expectations weren’t that high. How wrong I was!! When I walked in, there was only one gentleman working in the office, who I would later find out was the manager named Robert. Robert was dealing with a customer who was being pretty rude and snarky. He was essentially demanding something that was not within the power of the facility. I watched, very impressed, as Robert handled this customer with a huge smile on his face the entire time, reassuring him that they would find a solution. He also went out of his way to reassure the customer he very much wanted him to leave there happy. A solution was found, and all ended well. I was quite impressed! When it was my turn for Robert to help me, I explained that I was just there for information in terms of sizing, pricing, specials, etc. He provided me all of the information, of course, but he asked questions on the types of things I needed would be storing and he offered suggestions on size and then gave me a tour of the facility. Throughout our entire interaction, the smile and his warm personality never left. I signed up on the spot. Thank you so much, Robert. You really were amazing to me that day and your company is lucky to have you.
