The technician immediately knew where to look and found a TON of ice behind the back panel, which was impacting the airflow. Not only did he remove the ice and check the fan. He pulled the fridge out and cleaned the drains so it wouldn't happen again. He also cleaned the condenser which was completely covered in dust. Saved me thousands. Not only are these people kind but they are honest.
