- BWBruce WhiteMar 29, 20262.0I was really uncomfortable with my experience last night. The clerk started asking my young child questions, including her name, and by the end of the interaction somehow knew all of my children’s names. My child is only 4, and I’m not okay with strangers engaging her like that or asking for personal information. It felt inappropriate and crossed a boundary. I would never approach someone else’s child that way, especially at such a young age. Staff should be more mindful and respectful when interacting with children.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
We are unable to accept returns on mattresses.
We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
