Whine and cry because I asked if I could drop off my laundry. 2 baskets. It didn’t want to do laundry. It wanted to go home and eat and take a nap. I was given every excuse but the one she gave me when I called her back to ask her what time they closed. 2 pm. “My computer system was closed down🥲”. Ok. Why did you not tell me that in the first place? So I’m taking my business elsewhere when I need my laundry done. I normally do my own but I’m working 11 straight days this week and needed a little extra help.

There was still quite a bit of lint left on both and it had a horrible musty smell afterward. The staff was dumbfounded that I expected it back the same day. Sign advertises 1 hr. cleaning. I ended up going to another shop after I got it back. She had it clean in about 2 hrs. Got the smell out of it all for $17
