- MMM MFeb 11, 20261.0Just like last year, the driver put my pallets of pellets on the snow-covered ground. Last year, I lost (15-20%) 20 bags of pellets due to water damage, and the only solution was "Bring all the broken bags back in for return." The reason for them being delivered is that I can't fit 100 bags let alone 20 broken, waterlogged pellets in a standard car. I paid for delivery, and they ended up in the snow both times. I just took the financial loss since I didn't want to damage my vehicle with the bags, and Lowe's certainly won't take accountability for the mistake. This past time, I just had to pay a separate company 140 bucks to manually move them 50 feet into my garage since they won't put them in the proper place. What's the point in having a forklift on site if you won't move itt 15 feet into the garage? This is crazy.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
