We notified them we were on our way a approximately 5:10 pm and arrived at the store approximately 6:03 pm. This was a curbside order. Service desk told us to pull to one door. After 20 minutes we were told to pull to the other door. Went to that service desk where Emily was on her phone and could have cared less if she assisted us. Finally, at a few minutes to 7 we went back to her and asked for a manager and she told us they were busy .i saw two people in total while waiting. The generator had been sitting there all along and no one seemed to care if they assisted us with our $6,000 purchase. When we said either get us a manager or take it back, that 2 hours was sufficient time, they finally loaded it, which took a total of 8 minutes! No thank you for waiting seemed upset that they had to provide service. We have remodeled entire house with last purchase a full kitchen. We will go to another Lowe’s that is actually farther, but always has superior service! That is why we rated a 1 as the service was horrible!!! So sad to see they do not value the customers who actually pay for their salary!!!
