A month after I dropped it off I still didn't get a phone call telling me it was finished so I stopped by the store. A few minutes later they come out and put a siran wrapped bundle on the counter with a "cannot be serviced" sticker on it. It was heartbreaking to see my gorgeous gown literally crumpled up into a ball held together with plastic wrap and tape. I'm so upset and infuriated I wasn't contacted earlier or notified I don't even have words. If you can't service it that's fine, I understand some materials are more difficult. But don't wrap my dress into a ball when you have a hanger and dress bag I provided you and certainly don't let me wait around a month thinking I was going to pick up my gown all finished. Do not trust your clothing with them.
