I bought a chainsaw for my sister here. Never heard of the brand but was told it was a great brand. 2 weeks later it's sprwing out everywhere. Took it back to exchange only to find out they told me it only had a 2 day return policy. Never in my life heard of that. From now on only going to home depot to buy things.

I've been coming to this Lowe's store for almost a year now. It's one of my favorite hardware stores to go to! The store is always clean and nicely organized. It's in a great location where there's plenty of parking and easy to get to but the reason I keep coming back is the employees. Every single time I've come here every employee has been so friendly, kind, and helpful! I wish I could name them all but John H who works as a cashier most of the times when I come in is exceptionally nice and great to work with! Today he helped me get a clearance plant and we talked about our love of house plants. Last time I remember he helped me with a gift card purchase! There was also a employee who helped me with the key cutter and finding a item in the garden center (literally the other side of the store). Other times lovely individuals have answered my questions and helped me find items. They never make you feel "dumb" when you ask questions and are all quite knowledgeable about where things are or how each product works. I'm not kidding when I say by coming to this store regularly I've felt more comfortable and confident finding things on my own as someone who newly dabbles in home improvement and DIY projects.
My only criticism is towards Lowe's survey system and NOT this store itself: please fix your survey form! I tried for so long to write a survey using your QR code but I didn't have a receipt which made it so hard to fill out. And then eventually the form kicked me out. I'm coming in here as a last resort! This store genuinely deserves its flowers for going above and beyond every single time I'm here. Please make sure John H and the whole staff get their kudos!
