Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling.
Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they
are deep in the middle of this.
Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc.
As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed, To my or my wife's satisfaction.
-An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period.
Timeline:
-Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty.
-Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install.
-An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed".
-Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one.
-So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty.
-$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile.
-I will not go into other damage issues here.

*GREAT* Another group of very friendly staff and a massive store. Lots of parking and you could get jussssst about anything you could ever want to be able to improve your homes here.
Our drop off was incredibly easy and fast. They let us get some rest afterwards which is a very loving, kind thing to do. Western runs us rampant and it's not cool so we appreciate all of the extra kindness and I'm sure we will be seeing you guys again soon in the future, until then, god bless!!

I waited over 20 minutes in aisle 11 for assistance today no help. Saw associates in other areas close to the aisle and asked for help. No help. Customer Service was NOT met! Bad business.

My husband and I had to buy paint for our bedroom. I just wanted to say how awesome the young woman that worked the paint department was. I believe her name was Virginia. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind! Definitely recommend working with her if you have any painting needs!
