Clean organized great service if you can find someone not like home depot you have to track someone down but more of a choice than home Depot different brands fair prices I will consider switching from the depot to here

Day before Labor Day I went there and bought a Maytag pet Pro washer I called back the day after Labor Day for them to tell me because I didn't buy it with a Lowe's credit card I had no warranty on it I had to call the manufacturer Maytag manufacturer kind of blew me off this is truly the worst washer I've ever bought my husband and I are in our 60s the washer works like crap you can only put a handful of items in it and it doesn't spin out half the time and if I leave it on and it stays on and it takes hours to wash a load I woke up in the morning washer was still running still draining it had been draining all night long the washer was still draining and running had been running all night long I would never deal with Lowe's company again $747 down the drain cuz now I have to buy a new washer I can't live with this money truly wasted and horrible service only part that was good about it was there was two good delivery men that were very helpful

I will not order from Lowes ever again. I ordered a gas oven online from this store on 10/13 and choose the next day delivery for 10/14. I also chose to have my old stove removed and the new one installed. The delivery workers did not do any of that. They left my new oven on my porch and left. After calling 3-4 different numbers and speaking to multiple people, I was told someone will come the next day, 10/15, & do what I paid to have done. Come the next day, they did not come. No phone call or text. My mother called to find out why they didn't come and they told her they tried calling me which is a lie, I received no call. Then they tried saying they called her but they don't have her number, so another lie. After emailing TK from customer relations, I pretty much got told the reason it was not installed on the day of delivery is because of cats. They complained about cats outside which I have no control of. There are a lot of abandoned cats in the neighborhood that I and my neighbors care for. So then I get told someone will come 10/16 (today). They did and they did what I paid for; they were nice and they had no issues. The guy took a picture of the handle on the oven because it came dent and he told me I can request a refund on that part or get a new handle installed, which I plan a refund but I am sure Lowes will give me a hard time on that too. This store caused me nothing be stress, anger, and sadness. Caused my disabled mother a ton of stress while she tried helping me with this. I appreciate that they came out to do what should've been done 2 days ago, but I will never order from here again. They didn't even offer a refund on installation or anything for the horrible service I received.
