I had to remind him several times on the phone that he doesn’t have to talk to me all crazy like I’m not human. I don’t even feel comfortable calling in and making a payment. I just don’t want to be talked to or treated disrespectfully. It’s not what you say to someone it’s how you say it!

Employees have no clue how to work the new system no fault of their own someone should be training them. First and last experience with Aarons.

Upon paying the new contract fee, I got a call the next day saying that the online App didn't go through, so I had to resubmit my info OVER THE PHONE.. Strike1 After all the info was Resubmitted, the lady told me she'll call to verify all my info , and that the merchandise will be delivered to my local stare that following Tuesday.. Ok? That when that Tuesday arrives (No calls, no heads up throughout the week) I call at the end of lunch time (12:50pm) asking why I was not called to schedule a delivery? Their answer? " we haven't gotten around to calling your job or references yet" Strike2 So after we agree on me just submitting proof of residency and employment, he said he'd call me as soon as he got them. Mind you this was @ around 1pm; i never got a call back ALL DAY... Strike 3!!! So I wait till the next day ALL the way till they're about to close and finally call THEM to tell them I no longer want the product as I am simply getting the runaround. Only for him to say "We just got your email, you're all set for tomorrow delivery BEFORE 2PM" .. So I decide fine I'll suck it up, and agreed. IT IS NOT "TOMORROW" Saturday June 3rd, 3:32Pm, no calls. No emails, AND STILL NO MERCHANDISE. Best part? I got an email an Hour ago reminding me of my 1st Months Bill of $75.99 due on June 15th. Strike 4 AARONS. Your management has better things to do than their job. By the way, your Associates name is Nick. I will never shop, refer a friend, nor promote your stores name after this experience.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
