  We have a 6-yr old Bosch refrigerator that had a clogged drain. Johnny from Total Appliance came out to perform the repair and he was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and personable - he explained the steps he was performing to diagnose and correct the problem. He was the consummate professional. My suggestion to Total Appliance would be to have all new hires work with Johnny to learn his customer interaction skills - he is an excellent representative of the company.

  We loved our technician- he made quick work of the repair and was very helpful and offered guidance. I am dissatisfied with pricing- we ended up paying $425 for a simple oven ignition element replacement. The part is $100 online. They charged $125 for the part, $100 for an hour of labor, (and) $200 for diagnostics! Keep in mind the visit was exactly 60 minutes.

  One of my burners on my Wolf range top wouldn't light. Kevin showed up on time and solved the problem in two minutes! It only required brushing the igniter with a wire brush. I could have done it had I known. I think Kevin felt sorry for me. He took time to look at our Sub Zero and pointed out it was time to change the water filter, the air filter and clean the coils. I wasn't aware this was required and really appreciated his attention. Great service.

  The young man you sent to us was wonderful. He talked about things that the sales person should’ve talked about with us and never did. Now we have a complete understanding of the Appliance and how it works. Thank you. He deserves a raise.

  Total Appliance did a repair job on our microwave (Under Warranty, purchased from Lowes). Our experience was positive the and technician was professional. The area was left clean area after the work was done. We were assigned to a different repair shop first from Lowes and had issues getting scheduled so they reassigned to Total Appliance who came out next day. Thank you for the great service.
