I understand that your experience and position of leverage allows you to dictate a calling price but it feels like I’m being gouged. Is it possible you can keep the calling price but reduce it against the service given. Cut the calling price in half? I guess you are not in fear of pricing yourself out of business or in fact get a bad rap overtime.

So two weeks later, the repairman found he could not fix it. Another week to get the right parts plus another week to schedule installation. From start to finish, it took one MONTH for my refrigerator to be repaired.

They charge $109 for the first appliance and even though they’re going to the same exact location, they’ll charge $75 for the second! The original idea of the service fee was to make up for the time and gas of the trip so why two charges oh because you can get away with it no thanks! These companies need to post these fees on their website and infirm customers BEFORE, but they wait unless you ask which I did. These upfront service fees were supposed to be t”rip charges” which makes sense, but why a second fee if no other trip. Because u can get away with it? That’s called gouging I will take my work elsewhere.
