  I simply cannot recommend Total Appliance Service enough! Kevin is extremely professional and a wealth of knowledge on the operation of the appliances. Communication is second to none and response time is fantastic! I would NEVER consider going anywhere else for my service needs. I only wish I could leave 10 stars!!!

  We were delighted with the service we received from Total Appliance- the service technician was knowledgeable and was able to identify our problem with Thermador range. The next week he returned with the correct parts and repaired it, all in time for holiday cooking! I wish I had called sooner!

  Marissa was just wonderful in calling me in a very timely fashion after my service call was ordered from GE's warranty department. Marissa was extremely pleasant, efficient, accommodating & professional! She represents your company well as the 1st contact with your customers. Patrick, my service technician, arrived right on time, the very next day! Although he wasn't as friendly, & seemed a little ill-at-ease, he figured out a way to fix my oven without having to replace a part that he originally thought necessary. After recalibrating my oven temperature control, he tested it out with patience & my oven now works beautifully. Thank you, Total Appliance Services for a job well done!

  I have had great experiences in the past with Total Appliance but my most recent was a swing and a miss. My lower oven was not working, they charged me $200 to tell me what the issue was so I ordered that part and installed it myself because the part was $225 and they wanted $500 to install it, not to mention they did not have the part in stock. After installing the control board they recommended my issue was not resolved. It was my second thermal fuse that was the culprit as I had suspected when I called them out to my home. That was a $20 part and 30 min worth of worth to install it myself. Some wasted $400 unfortunately on service call and $225 on a part. (Update- I contacted customer service after seeing the suggestion from the response of discussing the matter further. The customer service rep said that regardless of whether the diagnosis was correct or not the service charge for that misdiagnosis is non-refundable. I offered to have them come verify my assessment of the hardware and she refused, said it wasn't necessary. So now I am going with a 1 star review.)
