  Was able to schedule quickly, called with window and here on time. Very good repair person, professional, friendly and helpful. Service under warranty so no charge. Thermadore 48" commercial range.

  We have an extended warranty on our Whirlpool refrigerator. We had problems with the thru-the-door ice dispenser and logged the issue in the Whirlpool app. Total Appliance responded within minutes. We were able to schedule a srrvice call within a few days. The issue is solved and we are pleased.

  If I could give this place half a star, I would. This place preys on the vulnerable. Their diagnostic fees are outrageous. My elderly parents were forced to pay $300 just for a diagnostic. After receiving a quote for $850, we called another company. They came out and fixed the issue in 15 minutes for free. Steer clear of Total Appliance Service. Call Fred’s Appliance Services instead - honest technicians and no exorbitant diagnostic fees.

  When they say $109 to come out $40 every 15 minutes to diagnose after that, they told me the problem told me the part was $99 which I thought was a reasonable he was there for a total of 10 minutes putting the part in and they charge me $135 just in his labor to put the part in and I asked isn’t it $40 every 15 minutes oh no that’s just for the diagnosis. This has a labor value to it I just think it’s ridiculous They would charge $135 to have a A part installed that took less than 15 minutes They are very overpriced on labor and parts. The part is only about 60 bucks if you go by yourself.
