When my wife sent the dog out to do her duty, she is now nowhere seen. She didn't think she had to double-check the gate, as we always have it closed and never open it. I am TOTALLY disgusted with the service!!!

He treated all the windows, doors and other areas where pests may come in. He even added some new mice cubes to a trap that was left by the precious owner. He did all this outside with several inches of snow on the ground. THANK YOU JAMES, YOU HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND!! 11/10 SCORE.
