- DFDiane Fossaceca4 days ago4.0I found what I wanted and was helped by Andrew Grubbs. Andrew helped compare the fabric sample of the new chairs with an example of my existing leather sofa. The only think I am NOT happy about is the $199. Delivery fee. I feel as a service to your customers delivery should be free or minimal. Andrew said set up is included in the delivery fee. There is really no set up when delivering two chairs. I could have purchased Lazyboy chairs at Sheely’s and the delivery would have been free. I really think you should revise your policy regarding such an expensive delivery fee.

I felt very much at home with their interactions, their choice of furniture & fabric but yet letting me give my input of my likes or not. Lexy had such coordinated plans for my room & spent a great deal of time at my home detailing the placement of the furniture arrangements. I’m looking forward to seeing it in person once it’s delivered. Lexy offered other design ideas as well.

She was not a pushy salesperson which was appreciated. She explained the purchasing process and answered any questions that we had. When we need additional furniture we will come back and deal with her! Thank you Chloe for working with us to get the furniture we needed!

I am extremely pleased with the very nice sales woman Lexy. She was great to work with. Her work with designing complete room layouts was beautiful to see. Highly recommend, especially for those who need help with envisioning what their purchased products would look like in their rooms at home. 👍👍
