I understand weather is an issue, however, the thought that they could do it in December with a foot of snow is silly. Our leaves hadn't been picked up by the city yet, so Eric and his helper saved me the $15 'haul-away' fee and instead blew the leaves to the curb. This was no doubt more work for them than the haul-away. They also identified some loose tiles on our roof. I thanked them with a tip because they'd saved me a lot of raking and cleanup, AND the gutters are ready for winter! JFWS
