The washing machine made a terrible noise the first time it was turned on. I went back to Lowe’s and showed them the video to ask for help and the associate (after speaking with a manager) told me I had to contact the manufacturer. Now I have a tenant that can’t use the washing machine and no solutions. I expect a company to stand behind their product and installers better than this, not just pass the buck. Highly disappointed in this experience. Update: Whirlpool agreed to fix my washer under the warranty, but can’t find a repair person in my area. They told me to find someone and have it fixed and they would reimburse me. Three weeks later and my brand new washing machine is still unusable. And the Lowe’s response you see below, no one ever actually called me from the store team.
