Would like to thank Keith for helping me find the right hardware for my furniture. I was roaming the hardware section for 10 minutes before I gave up and asked for assistance. Keith was able to assist me in minutes and had me on my way back to my project. I would also like to compliment the ladies that worked the returns desk on Feb 2nd & 3rd. My daughter just moved to Bellefontaine, so I had several visits buying and returning. The returns went very smoothly.

I purchased a new whirlpool washing machine for a rental property and paid for Lowe’s to deliver and install. The washing machine made a terrible noise the first time it was turned on. I went back to Lowe’s and showed them the video to ask for help and the associate (after speaking with a manager) told me I had to contact the manufacturer. Now I have a tenant that can’t use the washing machine and no solutions. I expect a company to stand behind their product and installers better than this, not just pass the buck. Highly disappointed in this experience.
Update: Whirlpool agreed to fix my washer under the warranty, but can’t find a repair person in my area. They told me to find someone and have it fixed and they would reimburse me. Three weeks later and my brand new washing machine is still unusable. And the Lowe’s response you see below, no one ever actually called me from the store team.

For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
