Editing original post 02/24/25. Now the shop has posted on Google that they are temporarily closed. Seems to me that they are going out of business. Has anyone else who posted on here taken any further action other than filing a claim with BBB. I am exploring taking action in small claims court to attempt to get my deposit of $1,700 refunded.
I have been trying by phone and email to get a response on my order I placed on 10/31/24. The last communication was that the order was being packed for shipping and that was over two weeks ago. I also paid $1,700 down payment for this order. Went to the store today, and it is closed with a sign on the door….due to employee illness. Not at all satisfied with my experience.

Family owned and operated so you don’t feel like just a number or a dollar sign. Excellent selection, high quality service, fast lead times. The gals in the office are friendly and knowledgeable. Will be back to finish the rest of my house before the end of the year!

Can't say enough good things about The Blind Spot. Nancy was extremely helpful throughout the selection, ordering, and installation of my solar shades. There are so many choices and options available that it would have been overwhelming without her help! Also, I had a unique situation that that required a custom installation and she came out personally on three separate occasions to make sure everything was perfect. Great products with great service. Thank you!
