I picked up a dryer for my neighbor. The people at the counter did good and were kind. I waited for confirmation to pick it up after a while, I called ahead and eventually got a person because the phone system wouldn't take the last four digits of the order number and the person told me it was ready for pickup, but it wasn't. I still gave you 4 because the ladies at the counter .

First time there. Waited a while for Customer Service. There were 2 reps there, but both were busy. One finished up first, and instead of addressing me, she turns around and starts talking to her co worker. (I already didn'tlike her attitude). Then the other one takes me, and when the transaction was done, asks me how much change to give me back from $5.35 and the total was $5.31. I was internally shaking my head. The younger generation are our future. This is what it looks like. Did not like customer service, but I would go back if I absolutely needed to.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
