I was so stressed about the standard couch-buying process, and all of that stress melted away when I decided to give Lovesac a chance. Mike made the process super simple and easy to understand, and explained it in such a way where I felt excited to purchase, not full of dread or appreciation. All of the couch parts arrived quickly, within a week, and the assembly was a breeze. I've had this couch for a few months now and could not be happier. I have chronic back pain and this is the only couch I've had that helps the issue, and provides all the support I need. I cannot recommend this experience enough!
