    If you love being super inconvenienced, this is the store for you! We ordered a $6K+ set of Sactionals and covers. Our delivery had arrived in multiple shipments over three weeks, which is fine… kind of annoying, but I guess it’s part of the deal. However, once we got notice that the order was almost fully delivered, we opened it all up and noticed we received the incorrect cover color. We drove back up to the store and were told the store rep accidentally selected the wrong color and that it would be easier and faster if we just wait until the rest of the order arrives and do an exchange. Okay no problem. Another week goes by and still missing 7 of our 8 covers. We inquire again only to find out our order was incorrectly placed to begin with- not only in the wrong color, but our remaining 7 covers were apparently never ordered. Spoke to the manager and he offered to correct the error once we pay for the remaining 7 covers- approximately $600. That was until we caught a crucial little mathematical error- had these covers been added to the order as intended with the larger $6K initial sum, with the promotional discount applied, the store was about to overcharge us ~$440 more than if the order been correct the first time. Idk about you, but $440 isn’t just something to scoff at! After two days of waiting for the store to calculate and approve the $440 reimbursement, we were told we could expect to see the $440 credited to our account. Waited about a week and nothing... Called the store again to get a status update and find out if the 7 covers had been ordered. The answer was no because they can’t track the status of the reimbursement. Sigh.. It seems like every single time we interact with this showroom, there is always lots of confusion and never any sort of confident plan to fix the problem. So here we are about a month and a half later, and we have an incomplete order with the wrong color, no reimbursement of our $440, and no order of our 7 new covers. The kicker is that we have the pleasure of initiating the return, removing the old covers, applying the new covers (if they ever get ordered), and coordinating a FedEx pick up. Lastly, not the fault of the Beavercreek showroom, I ordered two throw pillows and I opened the box to find one of the two pillows torn down the center with the stuffing exposed. Going to have to contact customer care to get a replacement… hoping it’s a smooth process. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable and I normally never complain. I tried to remain really understanding of actions that are likely out of the control of the employees/showroom, but this is just ridiculous. I know it’s a first world problem, but it’s frustrating dealing with one error after another. For $6,000 I kind of expect to be somewhat satisfied, but unfortunately, I’ll probably never buy from LoveSac again.

    What a fantastic customer experience! Thanks Mike! I work in sales, and consider myself to be a high maintenance customer. We met with Mike three times to figure out exactly what we wanted, and all along the way he made the process quick, easy to understand, and enjoyable. He helped us come up with a design and pallet that worked for our space, and the entire process was a very nice experience. Thanks Mike, from the whole family!
