We changed our delivery address for a sofa to our new home. Sales at the store submitted three address change requests but the delivery organisation didn’t recognise any of them. The delivery team were given the wrong/old address, in spite of notice of changes. They adapted well, but the communication link needs some improvement. Overall, we are extremely pleased.
