There was no option to pick up the recliner to save on the $100 delivery fee, which feels odd, especially since other places let you. Delivery drivers showed up an hour and a half early with no call ahead. Just a text that they were on their way and would be at my house in 4 minutes. I wasn't going to leave a review, but over the past month, I have received over 10 emails/texts begging me to leave a review.
