  I paid them $319 dollars for them to initially come out and set the trap in order to remove raccoons from my attic in my home almost 3 months ago. Not only are the raccoons still in my home destroying my attic but I have not heard from the company from the day that they first came out to set the trap. They do not and have not responded to my calls or voice mails and the food bait has now began to mold as it has never been changed...... Please , I'm warning you to beware of using this company for pest or any kind of removal of wild life.

  Hired catch a critter to remove a raccoon that was getting in tenant's chimney. They came out a couple days later and set a trap. I got a call from the city 3 days later that there had been a possum (wrong animal) in the trap for 48 hours and it was starving and injuring itself. They charged me $350 to set the trap. Now, the raccoon is still getting in the chimney and I can't get anyone to call me back. They say they're available 24/7 but no one ever answers the phone. Strongly discourage hiring this company.

  Daniel caught the bird in our house in less than 5 minutes. He was also very considerate of our son sleeping and was careful to be quiet while he was here. Highly recommend Catch a Critter!

  This team placed a trap and never monitored the activity. Charged me to closed the entry point and never completed the process. After several failed attempts they finally picked up they trap and I haven't heard from them since. Anyone want a family of raccoons?

  I had mice in my attic and called this company. The phone service is very responsive but the exterminators were late 3 times. They gave me a time block like 9:00-10:00 but then don't call until after 10:00 to tell me they were half an hour out. I haven't been able to wait around for 2 hours every time they schedule. On the phone they told me the service was $150 but then in person they told me $170. I told them and they went back to the $150 but it felt predatory. For $150 they placed bait/poison in my home. There is another charge when they clean up the dead mice and close up the points of entry. I have to assume that who ever is doing the phone service either has no idea how long it takes to complete a service. Or they intentionally over schedule assuming that people will be so desperate to take care of the problem they are ok to wait around all day. If you are desperate they will show up, but they will waste your time.
