So I have been wanting to switch over to Dewalt and pulled the trigger on a combo set on sale. I had a gift card for Lowes along with some birthday money so said what the heck. When we went to the Avon store, first associate was helping another customer while we were in the Dewalt section then just walked away and he saw us there!
So we flagged two other guys who were great helping us. However the one guy said something that if I buy a 3 year extended warranty ($22.99 so no big deal) when I go to purchase dewalt batteries in the future I will get a 50% rebate. Well I did a couple of searches and can find no proof of this, however I did get my extended warranty details today and it it does say for maintenance and care items you do get that. And you get up to $100 back per year, I am tempted to buy a battery from them now to try it out.
FYI Home Depot beats Lowes prices every day on the same exact products which is why I no longer go there. And it's a pain in the butt to get them to price match, took 15 minutes years ago for the same Werner ladder.

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
