However, the company’s policy of changing rates at any given time, with little to no notice is terrible. My rate was increased by double after only 3 months. Whitnee was able to help me, but I still have to deal with an increase in monthly cost that I was not expecting. Now I’m forced to move my belongings to another facility, and I live out of state.
