Amazing customer service to the point where if I'm getting helped and another person comes up to the employee they will help that customer before finishing with me, I have patience unless it's like the time a month ago I was in the middle of a brake job on my car and needed a C clamp but they just so happened to be renovating the clamp section and had ALL the clamps in carts in the back room, so while the employee was walking me back to check the carts another customer asked about a finishing nailer and she went to have a quick look but spent 10 minutes trying to find the right one and was almost going to go to another section, up a ladder to check other back stock when I requested I get the C clamp really quick since my car was jacked up, simply needing the break piston pushed back in, thankfully I only had to wait 20 minutes total to get a C clamp that I could've gotten at HF in 39 seconds. Other than that it's a great place.
