- MMmarcus mishakApr 6, 20262.0The company did fix the gutter properly, and I appreciate that the repair was completed. However, the overall experience was frustrating. This company originally installed two new gutters for me, so when one became bent during recent windy weather, I expected a more responsive and straightforward repair process, especially given my concern that improper drainage could lead to foundation damage. The biggest issue was communication. It took too long to get a response, and I was very frustrated that when I called the company, I could not speak with a live person. Tony eventually got back to me, but the delay added unnecessary stress to the situation. I was also disappointed by the cost of the repair, particularly since this involved work on gutters that had originally been installed by the same company. While the repair itself was handled well, the poor communication and repair cost made this a disappointing experience overall. I am not sure what work was performed. Did they replace the whole gutter? Or Just fix the bent one.
