- GFGrace FurtwenglerNov 18, 20251.0It took them awhile to get me a quote, once they finally did, I found many other places that best their price. They scheduled a tree removal without even consulting with me. I couldn’t get ahold of them, left several voicemails saying I wasn’t ready to schedule it and they never called back. Once I finally got ahold of them, I cancelled it because of the lack of communication. The receptionist said she emailed me but I never got an email. A day before the cancelled schedule, Steven called me saying they have to reschedule because of rain. Apparently they didn’t communicate to him that I cancelled it a week prior. This place has absolutely horrible communication skills and they almost cost me over $1800 in work because of their lack of communicating.
