Ordered online. Delivered to store in normal time but 8 minutes from clerk check-in to getting my tool. Clerk had to go to the rear receiving instead of it being in designated pick up. Overall a decent experience still.

Lowe’s in alliance Ohio is one of my go to places for something I need quick and now . Prices are a little higher than online ordering but you can expect that in a big chain hardware store. The alliance location has exceptional customer service and are always willing to go above and beyond to try and help you out .

Customer service sucks. Its a corporate thing not just one store. I had a roof installed in 2023 told them it was leaking got pushed off to the next guy. Here its 2026 and its still leaking no one wants to even come look at what they didnt do or did wrong. They say its because its out of warranty but its only been 2 years. Wouldn't have them install anything because they will give you a goat rope until they are out of warranty.

Stopped into the store Saturday afternoon 3/28 and made a purchase. Discovered Sunday that a couple items were missing of what was purchased that Sat afternoon. After doing a thorough search of everything including the bags from all that was purchased. I called the store to talk to a customer service person. I gave my info, the CS employee looked up my account and said those items were not brought up to the front for purchase! I replied that they had to have been since they were handed to me from the sales person and I placed them on the belt. Started to explain the transaction at checkout, I was cut off from speaking and told the items are not here! I replied that I was sorry for asking for customer service, obviously you are not the person to speak with, are being rude when all I needed to know is if the items were left behind. This is what I dont get.... You are being paid to do a job servicing a customer's needs. At least you could be professional and courteous!!! Thats all. We the consumer are asking for.
