    I entrusted Lowe's with a complete kitchen renovation, investing approximately $37,000 in cabinets, installation, and countertops. The experience has been a profound disappointment, marked by unprofessionalism and a refusal to take accountability. The project manager, Steve, displayed consistent hostility toward a paying customer. As someone without cabinet expertise, I relied entirely on Lowe's supposed professionalism. This trust was repeatedly broken. The Problems: · Design & Measurement Failures: Despite my clear request to retain original cabinet sizes, Lowe's team made critical errors. One corner cabinet was so small it was unusable and had to be replaced. Later, I discovered another cabinet was the wrong size and a confirmed roll-out tray was missing from the order. · Blaming the Customer: When I reported these errors, I was met with defensiveness and blame. I was told it was my mistake and that they "won't do anything for me." They even tried to charge me an increased price for the tray they forgot to order. · Bait-and-Switch on Quality: I chose Diamond cabinets after seeing the in-store display. However, the soft-close hinges installed in my home are vastly inferior—they are not the same product. Lowe's response was insulting: first they claimed the hinges were "fine" and blamed the cabinet door weight, then suggested I would need to pay more to get the functionality demonstrated. This is unacceptable. The project, which began in late March, was not completed until mid-November after multiple reworks on the Diamond cabinets. To this day, a defective wall cabinet remains unfixed. The Result: I paid for expertise and accountability. What I received were defective products, endless excuses, and disrespect. The manager's attitude made solving problems impossible. Final Warning: If you are considering a major project, be warned. You will be held responsible for their design mistakes, you may not receive the product quality you saw in-store, and you will fight an uphill battle for any resolution.
