I very unsatisfied with Lowe's, I just got a stove from them today off line pay 800 for the stove without a cord, when you order off line Lowes app don't say nothing about need a cord. I double checked, so when they deliver my stove no cord to it, the deliver guy say that the company only give them so many the run out, he told me to call they will give me a free one, but no true they charge me for a cord to my stove and charger me to get it put on and deliver cost again. I'll never buy from Lowes again. Worst customer service, they at like they don't care, and deliver me a stove without tape on top of stove no protection cover, the top of the stove dusty and have alot of finger print on it. I might return it
