- NRNita RoachJan 5, 20261.01st time using them, supposed to get a stove (ours went out Friday night). Was told one would be delivered today (monday) no call, no text, no email, no notification of any kind that our stove would not be delivered today! Husband texting the manager just to be told they didnt have drivers. If thats the case, a call earlier on in the day would be appreciated. Give us time to figure out what we are gonna do! Only money we had was spent on a down payment. We have 3 kids to feed! One of them is autistic and the only foods he will eat need to be cooked IN AN OVEN! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND A UNPLEASANT 1ST IMPRESSION!
