  We had a nest under our siding. Bee-Gon came out quick and the bees were gone the next morning. We will definitely use them again if we have any more bee problems!

  I called this company looking for information on carpenter bees. I was given all the details that I was looking for and said I would call back. I was called several times leading up until I finally said I would call to schedule, the very next thing I know someone is spraying my whole house down without my consent. I couldn't even open my doors to let the man know that I never ok'd this service bc the spraying is so out of control!!! By the time I went out to tell him he threw his hose down and yelled at me that I should've opened my door before he started my house. I was in it disbelief. I didn't even okay this service in the first place so why on earth would I think I needed to answer my door!? I immediately called into the office and explained that I NEVER OK'D THIS AND I WAS APPALLED AT THE WAY I WAS JUST SPOKEN TO. The lady on the other end not being the owner suggested he was grumpy and she would handle it. Well, low and behold today I open a bill none the less for services done at my residence stating I ok'd them coming and they want paid in full. I am literally so in disbelief I can't even think straight. To pester someone relentlssly and then lie about them confirming work to be done is utterly horrible and I would never recommend their services!!!!! How very unprofessional and unpleasant!!

  First time customer. Can tell a large immediate reduction of wasps/hornets/yellow jackets! Very pleased and Len was great!!

  I called this company to come look at a bee issue and before even hearing about the problem they asked my location. Once I shared they said we’ve never been there and referred me to someone else. I asked what areas they serve and it turns out we’re located in one of the counties. Then they back pedaled and said we can come out Tuesday. I kindly replied no thanks I’ll take my business to someone that needs it.
