The store manager and a salesman looked at us and immediately brought us to the “bargain” section downstairs from the main showroom, like we couldn’t afford anything else. Quite frankly I was offended. Also, we were told that the couch we currently have was discontinued. However, when we checked the website, lo and behold, there it was! It may have been under a different name, but it was EXACTLY THE SAME! Same color, same price, everything! I’ll not be doing business with this store in the future.
