  After long debate I finally decided on the furniture I wanted. The salesman (Jake Hatfield) was great. Jake was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It took me multiple trips to come to a decision. Jake was very patient and accommodating with all of the many trips I made.

  I need to take a moment to really express my gratitude to Mr. Rich. Not only did he help me with fixing my order, but he wasn’t even the salesman that worked in the state I live in. He’s provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. For this, I cannot thank you enough. The problem was that I was sent a completely different and undesirable living room rug, which really bothered me because it didn’t even remotely fit in with living room furniture theme. Yesterday, my furniture was delivered and I couldn’t be happier with how seamless everything looks. They had the correct rug I ordered, which is exactly how I imagined it would shine. Thank you so much for providing superb quality furniture and service, Mr. Rich. Until next time.

They took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me compare different options without ever making me feel pressured. The showroom is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. The staff explained pricing, protection plans, and delivery timelines clearly, which made the entire buying process simple and stress-free. You can tell this team truly cares about their customers and stands behind the products they sell. Delivery was smooth, on time, and handled professionally. The quality of the furniture exceeded my expectations, and I felt like I received great value for the price.   We arrived at this store with a good idea of what we wanted. Our salesman, David, did a terrific job of listening to our criteria and showing us all the options available. The actual sales transaction was easy and the "white glove" delivery was just that. Our recliner arrived during the planned delivery window and without incident. A few days later, we saw our recliner on sale for a lower price and the store refunded a credit for the difference. A positive outcome and a delightful experience.

  Warning, the sales people in this store will greet you as you walk in. But you will love that. I have been in for 2 purchases this past couple of weeks. I don't want to walk to thru the entire store to find what I want. I was greeted by the most helpful staff here and in and out in a timely manner. In fact, my last trip in, the salesperson tried really hard to find me something that met strict size limits. We were about to give up, and I was walking out the door, when he stopped me and asked me to look at one more set he had forgotten about. And wa la, it was the perfect one for me! I have shopped here for decades and totally recommend this store!
