I stopped counting at 50 RINGS!!

The sales representatives lack sufficient knowledge about the appliances they are selling, which leads to incorrect installations. The installation and delivery company they use is difficult to work with regarding scheduling and is very rude over the phone. Before installation and delivery, Lowe’s should have a qualified technician come out to verify that the new appliance can be installed correctly. We waited over a month for our new dishwasher to be delivered and installed, only to discover that we need a new water valve—something that is questionable since we’ve only been in our home for two years and it passed inspection—and a GFCI outlet installed before they could properly set up the new dishwasher. This situation could have been avoided if Lowe’s had informed us that we needed to ensure everything was up to date for the new installation. It has been a nightmare from start to finish and simply isn't worth it. We have canceled the order and will be looking elsewhere for major appliances.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
