  I purchased a sectional sofa with the assistance of sales consultant David L. I am a very picky shopper. David was very patient, polite, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication on the initial delivery day. I contacted David and he assisted me with resolving the issue. He was very understanding. I was very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you David for exceptional customer service!

  The Yonkers Central Avenue store is a Grade A+. The customer service crew Wendy, Cassandra and Fabi exhibit Excellent Customer Service. My hat goes off to the TEAM and their Team work. They made my overall experience a more positive experience. I brought my sofa from Yonkers and my Loveseat from Bay Plaza. Yonkers handled my situation with patience and respect. I was so thankful that they made it a One Stop Shopping Credit sales return purchase. Calling the Service Company was overwhelming and line always had no answer. Long story short, they helped me with the Service Company experience by calling them and pushing for me to be a customer for Life.

  had a great experience shopping at Raymour & Flanagan for my mattress and bed frame. What really stood out to me was the level of service we received from David. He is always on top of his work—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. Whenever we find ourselves in need of furniture or advice, he’s the first person we look for because we know we’ll be taken care of. He takes the time to understand what we’re looking for and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so consistent and reliable in customer service, and that’s a big reason why we keep coming back. Highly recommend both the store and especially working with David if you get the chance !

  If had an outstanding shopping experience at Raymour & Flanigan in Yonkers on Central Ave, and I just had to share! From the moment I walked in, David provided exceptional customer service. He was honest, patient, and truly attentive to my needs. What I appreciated most was how he helped me find beautiful furniture that not only matched my style but also stayed within my budget—no pressure, just genuine guidance. David made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. I ended up spending $13,000, and I can honestly say every penny was well spent. I left feeling confident, satisfied, and excited about my purchases. I only wish I could clone David and have that same experience everywhere I shop!
