  It was our first time at the store and Ruddy was very patient and knowledgeable with the furniture. We were able to make a purchase with a Sofa set that was very comfortable and efficient. We left the store feeling accomplished and excited. The prices were also very good. The excitement also made our daughter forget her stuff animal in the store. We were able to call the store and ask them to look for it and picked it up. Overall such a Great experience and would definitely recommend going into to outlet stores and shop.

  Excellent service provided by Carl Spadt. Looking forward to receiving my new bedroom furniture. The outlet is the first place I will look when looking to remodel and update my current furniture. The pricing is amazing and makes sense if you aren't one concerned about whats "trending" but want good, solid furniture.

  My husband and I went to Raymour & Flanagan outlet in Yonkers, to look for a few items to decorate our new home. We found an art piece we liked but when we got home, it didn’t look right on the space. We wanted to return it and perhaps find a smaller one but they refused to even speak to us. They told us absolutely no way we could return it. We were looking to return it two days after we purchased it, we had receipt but it didn’t matter. We will never deal with this furniture company again. They don’t care about the customer satisfaction at all. Once you pay for something and walk out, it’s yours, keep it or give it away! They are the most awful when it comes to customer service or customer satisfaction. I suggest you stay away from this furniture company! For us never again will we go to any of their stores! One star they make us say but it’s really zero star they deserve!!!
