- JBJo Ann Bullard5 days ago5.0My husband and I went to Lowe's in search of a lightbulb for my vanity mirror. We were assisted by Edwin, (with the beard) to find a bulb that would be a good fit with the proper specifications. Edwin was extremely helpful and patient with us as he went through various lightbulbs until he found the right one. He tested the bulbs so we could see the brightness of the bulb and test the heat factor of the bulb by installing the bulb in a lamp. We ended up selecting the second choice of lightbulbs that he tested and it works perfectly with my vanity mirror. In addition he assisted us in purchasing a vacuum that we had intentions in purchasing at Home Depot. Edwin showed us a smiliar vacuum model from Shark and we ended up purchasing it from Lowe's and it happened to be the same price of the Shark vacuum cleaner that we were going to purchase at Home Depot. Edwin has excellent customer service skills and he's an asset to Lowe's Corporation. We will be taking our business to Lowe's Ridge Hill from now on. In closing my husband and I also want to acknowledge Judy at the checkout area she assisted by scanning the items making it a quick purchase.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
