    They substituted one brand of calcium chloride for what was ordered and is clearly seen on the website with a large stock available. I refused the order.

    Worst customer service left me on the phone for a half and hour for customer service to answer the phone to put me on hold for another 20 min horrible 😑

    Placed an online pick up order twice, both were cancelled with no explanation. Called their number looking for a reason why it keeps getting cancelled. First phone call went through to a person, she said “it looks like it just says the order couldn’t be processed at this time. Maybe we don’t have it in stock?” I explained to the person, on your website all the things Im looking to pick up are all in stock. She says, “ok let me double check” then proceeds to hang up on me. Called a second time, a person picked up and didn’t say anything. I could hear the sound of the phone being picked up then placed down. Dead silent. After 30 minutes of waiting the call disconnected. Very unhelpful. Ordered from Home Depot instead.

    Visit to Lowe’s was horrible Christina the manager was rude and acted as if she owned the Lowe’s. Then I asked for someone above her and she said there is no one I’m also trying to contact corporate for her rudeness and not helping at all.

    Whoever was working the garden center at 10 AM on Saturday September 19th needs to be talked to by the manager. Extremely rude and chastised my wife and I for entering the garden center even though there was no sign the door shouldn't have been opened. Great way to great your paying customers when they walk in the door. I will not be coming back to this Loews location
