Her customer service was excellent, and you can tell she truly cares about helping people. Because of her, choosing this storage place was easy and comfortable. I highly recommend asking for Sherine if you need assistance — she’s amazing at what she does!

My biggest issue is the pricing plan. The company states that rental prices may fluctuate based on market trends etc. My unit was $130 a month for a few months then I received a letter from the company stating that due to market trends the until was going up to $288 the next month. Thankfully I am no longer in need of a storage unit and now am able to save that money.
