The Appliance Doctor saved the day. They are a reliable and well run company. Our dryer was making a loud noise and then stopped working. The part was ordered and the cost was upfront. They sent Technician Anthony Rodriguez he answered all my questions and was kind, professional and.extremely knowledgeable. Anthony provided excellent customer service and is a definite asset to the company! We will rely on The Appliance Doctor for all our future appliance repair needs and recommend them to all our friends. Thank you Appliance Doctor !

Anthony even wiped areas in my oven that are usually missed during cleaning. Most importantly I did not feel cheated.

He was professional, kind, and was quick to diagnose the issues. He gave us advice which was insanely accurate and worked quickly when doing the actual repairs. He cleaned up before leaving and was respectful to our building staff. The repairs weren't cheap but the parts came in within two days. Additionally, the office staff were quick to reply and responsive to completing building paperwork. I would use Appliance Dr again.
