- MPMonica PalApr 9, 20261.0Bought the fire island mist sectional in May of 2022. Just four years later and the cushions are unusable (moldy, weathered and ripped from rain plus sun). I was told that new cushions would cost $2000, when a brand new set costs $3000. I was told the cushions are unavailable as replacements even if I did want to pay $2000 but I could buy a whole new set for $3000. Not great quality for a high price and they don’t stand behind their product or offer solutions. I was told I could buy new covers but they couldn’t provide me the sizes and it’s impossible go get the corner cushion cover so the suggestions of “covers and all” was useless and a waste of time. Take your business elsewhere.

- FRFerozan RamdassJul 8, 20251.0Extremely disappointed with the service I received at this store, my outdoor furniture didn’t arrive within the 4 to 6 weeks as was told, so I didn’t get it for July 4th(it was ordered May 18) And the staff just brushed me off and was like sorry nothing we can do, I wanted to cancel it but that was not an option. The staff was not helpful at all and didn’t seem to care that I won’t get my furniture for the July 4th weekend which is why I brought it for. I used to love this store but I wouldn’t be shopping there any longer.
