This review is for the delivery drivers Carlos, Oscar, Jairo, and Braler! Our first washer/dryer delivered by Carlos and Oscar came damaged. They were polite, honest, and apologetic. They removed our old set and called to ensure a new set would be delivered the next day. The next day Jairo and Braler delivered the new set. They too were polite and helpful. They set up the new machine and took the time to show me it was working. Although my experience with Lowes sending a damaged set was subpar my experience with the gentlemen from the delivery department was excellent. Lowes is lucky to have these four men working for them!

Was looking for washing machine lint traps, asked one of the workers if they might have any. One person was helping locate them but wasn’t sure the location, so he asked another worker there but blew us off, really rude gray haired man. I will remember what he looks like and I will ask someone else if I need assistance. It ended up with being out of stock. I went somewhere else, ( online) and bought there. Otherwise a great store.

If zero stars were an option I would rate you as a zero…I started the process of getting a front door replaced in October, it is March now & I am still waiting to have my door installed. I spend thousands of dollars on this door since it is not a standard sized door. It had to be custom made and it honestly cost a small fortune. It has been nothing but issue after issue, from incorrect measurements sent, to incorrect supplies ordered, and now 24 hours before I was scheduled to have the door installed there is yet another delay. Lowe’s uses only one installer for doors I was told, so I have no choice, but to wait until that one installer is available. Since it was a custom order it had to be paid for in full and is non-refundable. This entire process has been nothing but one issue after another. Your entire process needs to be reviewed as it is set up for errors like what happened to me. There is NO excuse for a door that I ordered in October to still not be installed!!!! Do better-I paid a lot of money for u to do a job and I STILL have no door installed. This experience has been nothing but excuse after excuse-it has been AWFUL!!! And….now I have a garage full of the supplies you dropped off & I cannot use my garage until your installer is available to put our door in😡😡
