The first day nothing came the second day they sent the wrong items now I’m trying to get the correct items at the price that’s on the tag in the store. I’m being told that the price was wrong. I explained that wasn’t my fault. So now the person that can help me is off today, which is Friday. I already moved my bed out my room so now I have to wait till Saturday for someone to call me, I guess there’s only one person in the whole company that can assist me with this issue then I’m told they can give me the sale price but I have to pay it off in six months instead of what was originally agreed on, so I’m very dissatisfied and waiting for someone to call me to correct their issue.

What a disgusting experience. We ordered a couch from their location at Transit Rd. They gave us hard time to process the purchase. We decided to cancel the order on Oct 6, We are today Nov 2nd and they did not process the reimbursement. We tried to reach them out by phone and emails and all what we got, we will call you back with updates. Still waiting.

Still waiting to get my furniture. I have had a delivery scheduled 3 times each instance another excuse. On Friday I was told by the delivery driver that he only had 1 of my items on the truck. I of course refused the one item and called the store. I eventually got Wes on the phone who was less than helpful. All he could tell me was that the furniture actually was on the truck…. Not sure how that helps bc I don’t have it. He didn’t offer any solutions or money back. I likely will end up canceling the order at this point. They need to pull the calls and listen to his tone. Better off going to value city.
Update. They were supposed to deliver the furniture again today 11/13/25 and showed up with 1/5 items. This after I was told everything but this item would be on the truck. I’m now 0/4 on deliveries with RAYMOUR and their “manager” Wes couldn’t have done a worse job. No one has called me back to talk about the situation or try to get it right. I will be contacting the BBB.

Unprofessional and dysfunctional, we ordered a couch and we were told it is ready for pick to find out that we have to pick it up at a different address. We were told it is available at transit rd. We cancelled the order on Oct 6 and we told the we will see our refund in 7 to 10 business days. We are at the end of Oct and no refund yet. We called and filed and complaint and we were given a case number. We tried to reach out to them and they said someone will call us to follow up. It has been 5 days since their promise and nothing happened. We will be assigning a lawyer to follow up, it is suspicious what is going on at Raymour and Flanigan. Just a heads up, if you try to chat with them, do not be surprised if you are 112 in line, seriously.
