  Our salesman Christopher hit the perfect balance of letting us browse and offering help during our visit. We made a purchase and once we got home we realized that we needed to charge it. He worked with us to get it right. If the products come in as ordered and without defects it would be a very successful trip. Thanks Chris

  Lazy, inconsiderate delivery drivers my sister ordered a couch set that can clearly fit up the stairs, but they did not even try. They didn’t even bring up the other couch because they were too lazy . I would never come back to this location and I would let my family members know never to come back and I will make that well known around the area.Also the salesman in the store let us of a promotion going in the store if you sat on a bed tested it out you got 25.00 gift card sent to email it had been week and half never received nothing it was waist of my time and sat on a mattress that hundreds of people sat on please don’t lie to people or waits my time thanks .

  Hendrik was our salesman, he let us walk around and look at what we wanted with no pressure. I have bought all my furniture thru Raymour & Flanagan. We love their furniture and the prices. We ended up getting a new sofa. I would highly recommend Raymour & Flanagan.

  We had an outstanding experience at Raymour & Flanigan today! Our salesman, Martin Shaughnessy, was knowledgeable, patient, and truly genuine. He listened carefully to what we were looking for and walked us through several options, clearly explaining quality, comfort, new technology, and pricing so we could confidently choose the perfect leather living room set. He also connected us to Habitat for Humanity to stop by and see if our old furniture can be donated, such a wonderful touch! I love that he's considerate and a genuinely caring soul. Martin's warmth and professionalism made this feel like so much more than a transaction. Highly recommend!
