Was looking for washing machine lint traps, asked one of the workers if they might have any. One person was helping locate them but wasn’t sure the location, so he asked another worker there but blew us off, really rude gray haired man. I will remember what he looks like and I will ask someone else if I need assistance. It ended up with being out of stock. I went somewhere else, ( online) and bought there. Otherwise a great store.

If zero stars were an option I would rate you as a zero…I started the process of getting a front door replaced in October, it is March now & I am still waiting to have my door installed. I spend thousands of dollars on this door since it is not a standard sized door. It had to be custom made and it honestly cost a small fortune. It has been nothing but issue after issue, from incorrect measurements sent, to incorrect supplies ordered, and now 24 hours before I was scheduled to have the door installed there is yet another delay. Lowe’s uses only one installer for doors I was told, so I have no choice, but to wait until that one installer is available. Since it was a custom order it had to be paid for in full and is non-refundable. This entire process has been nothing but one issue after another. Your entire process needs to be reviewed as it is set up for errors like what happened to me. There is NO excuse for a door that I ordered in October to still not be installed!!!! Do better-I paid a lot of money for u to do a job and I STILL have no door installed. This experience has been nothing but excuse after excuse-it has been AWFUL!!! And….now I have a garage full of the supplies you dropped off & I cannot use my garage until your installer is available to put our door in😡😡

Delivery of appliance was a complete failure. Supposed to be delivered on a wendsday between 10 and 2. At 2:30 i called for an update. They said they called me at 11:30 and no answer so they decided not to deliver. They lied, I had no incoming calls. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me and reschedule otherwise I'd still be waiting .

I was here to picked a a few things today. Mainly for the snowblower. Getting ready for the storm. I only needed the Arians nonstick spray for their snowblower. Heard some good things about it. Regarding the store, the moment I walked in some guy came up to me and asked me how he could assist. Didn’t care I was only there to pick up probably less than $25 worth of items I needed just to be safe. He was helpful friendly pointed me in the right direction. I went and got what I needed on the way out. Then it hit me that I had to go to the bathroom. After paying for my stuff. With my hands full. A wonderful lady working was there. She pointed out the bathroom and said I’ll take your stuff though. I piled them into her arms and did my personal business. When I came out she was still there. She gave me my items with a big smile. It wasn’t until I was in the my shitty 2011 Honda Pilot with upwards of 190,000miles, that is terrible in the snow the thought came to me. That was the cleanest, outside of my home bathroom I have been in since my last visit to Buc-ee’s, somewhere in the Southern US. If you know, YOU KNOW! With terrible weather outside. Just a few days after a snowstorm with another one coming. Their bathroom was spotless. And so is their customer service. In fact, this was the second Lowe’s location I had visited today. Only one bathroom though. : )
The first one didn’t have what I needed. I was just driving around anyway. Both of those locations put a smile on my face. And it helped me get on with my day.
