    I like this Lowes because it generally has better lumber than Home Depot...A better store for smaller contractors and serious DIYers.

    So, where to start, we purchased a stove over two weeks ago, never received a follow up call for paid delivery , yesterday my wife call we were told it will be here that day 2-5 pm, at 5:30 we called and were told it's on the way at 7:30 pm we called and were told its still at the store, i was on the phone with 2 different company's all working deliveries for Lowes AND Lowes themselves. I spoke with Mike at Williamsville store who said he was the store manager, Mike refused to do anything other than give out the same info we received yesterday, and after a slip and i said (DAMN) Mike acted offended and hung up and refused talk to me again like a child. and taking to Rosie was a real treat as well. we called corporate office in NC. they promised it will be delivered on Saturday after saying it will be delivered on the 29th, that would have been close to two months for a Range delivery. we will see, anyway thanks to Lowes management staff we are now heading over to Home Depot after 21 years as customers of Lowes. We know they don't care either way if they lose customers or not. ok, peace out

    Trying to get information about a product ? Good luck I'm trying to find out if the store in willamsville ny has a bathtub after 15 min of AI bs I was hung up on twice . So I called customer service told them I was hung up on and the woman with alot of attitude said wow and also disconnected the conversation. I guess in lucky there is a home depot close by lowes is horrible....

    My review from yesterday didn’t post which I find really interesting. The main points were the service in store was terrible starting with customer service at the front desk to the department manager to the store manager. No one could answer why our order was cancelled and wanted nothing to do with helping us fix the issue. They kept pushing us to customer care who was equally unhelpful and said it was done by the system and there is nothing they can do about it. We used a $100 gift card towards our $400 purchase. Since the system cancelled our order the gift card has to be mailed back to us which will take 14 days. Customer care confirmed they will not honor the price for the items we ordered if they are no longer on sale. They also refused to send us a digital gift card so we could purchase the items that day after confirming nothing had been mailed and that would take 3-5 days. Every single person we spoke with lacked any interest in helping us and blamed the system for the issue. They hide behind the “procedures” instead of trying to provide any real or helpful customer service.
