  My wife and I bought a couch from Mike Mulcahy. He took the time to show us around until we found the right couch. He showed us some other items that we didn’t purchase and was kind enough to follow up when those items went on sale. Will definitely return to Mike if we need more furniture in the future

  Lou Vaccaro was our salesperson and he was fantastic. When we visited the store in person he wasn’t pushy at all (a huge plus) and answered all of our questions while we took our time to choose new furniture for a move. When we had issues regarding the R & F credit card he led us through the steps and followed up in the days and weeks after the transaction was ended all the way through delivery. He even helped us buy more items that were online only and gave us the absolute best customer service. It is appreciated that he went above and beyond!

  I recently furnished a family member’s new apartment and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Louis Vaccaro went above and beyond. He took the time to understand her style and needs, curated options that were a perfect fit, and even worked to get us the best possible price. Throughout the whole process he was responsive, attentive, and genuinely easy to work with. What could have been an overwhelming task felt completely effortless. Highly recommend asking for Louis!

  Angelo Ciffone helped us at the White Plains store today. He was very patient as we tried different mattresses and answered all of our questions. We liked that he was knowledgeable and offered options but didn’t try to push us into buying anything one way or another. He was personable without being fake and gave us time to ourselves to talk over things. We left the store but ended up going back later and purchasing a king size adjustable bed. Very pleased with our selection and the excellent customer service we received.

  I recently went to Raymour and Flanigan in White Plains and was warmly greeted by Tim. He immediately made me feel comfortable as most salespeople can be intrusive and pushy. He told me that he's a consultant and he doesn't like salespeople (Immediately won my wife and I over). He gave us space to look but was present to answer questions and suggestions. We had a budget in mind but we're able to comfortably exceed our budget ,(added a mattress to our order) by taking advantage of the 0% ,financing. Thank you so much Tim. We'll definitely will be back. Ask for Tim for World Class customer service.
