When we had to switch to a larger unit at the last minute, he handled everything seamlessly, making what could have been a stressful moment feel easy and supported. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a real difference during a busy move. The facility itself is clean, modern, and feels very safe and secure. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage—and especially William. I’m deeply grateful for his patience and care.

I didn’t think I would have any luck reaching a favorable resolution. When I called I spoke with William who was absolutely fantastic! Not only was very helpful and knowledgeable but, more importantly he was patient and kind. He took his time to address each and every single one of my concerns and was able to successfully resolve all of my issues as well. Having such a great positive customer service experience is something that can very rare. But not when it comes to Extra Space Storage. Both he and Brian are my go to guys because they always go above and beyond every single time I may encounter a problem. Keep those two around and you will most definitely have a customer for life. Protect them at all cost! lol.
