I spoke with Alexander who was very helpful and knowledgeable in response to my preliminary questions. I made an appointment with Alexander for a few days later. When I arrived (a little early), the manager was expecting me and called me by my name, assuring me Alexander would be available momentarily (on time). Alexander worked with me swiftly and skillfully to confirm my design and place the order. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I appreciate the White Plains, NY team.

I said I looked there and didn’t see it. No eye contact or offer to check the aisle or store inventory for me. So unhelpful and rude. I never would have treated a customer so dismissively in my retail days.
