    Kevin was super personable, kind, patient, & knowledgeable!! I also worked w/ Ilana who was lovely & beyond patient. She got me a great deal yesterday, and when she was off today, when I was ready to commit, Kevin honored that deal & gave her the sale as she’d already spent so much time with us yesterday. Great team. Highly, highly recommend either of them. Super excited to get our new mattress!

    Customer service is absolutely unsatisfactory. When you call 800 number they say to call the store. Call the store and no one answers or returns calls. All I needed was a price adjustment. Had to put in a claim with my credit card company. More work for the customer.

    Ordered a sofa couch, dresser, living room table, and night stands. I was told the night stands were coming Friday. I took a day off from work to get them. They never came. I changed the order for the next Friday and took off work and again they never came. I asked and was told I would get a gift card for the two days of work I missed. It never came. I called again and was told I would get a call from a manager about the gift card and I never got a phone call. This was such an obvious and easy mistake to resolve and do the right thing. Very disappointed with the service in this location.

    Warning: Extremely Poor Customer Service! I strongly advise against purchasing from this store. I have received two defective mattresses, and every attempt to resolve the issue has been ignored. The store never picks up the phone, and emails go unanswered. Mike Tommasiello, the showroom manager, and Cruz at the customer service desk both demonstrated completely unacceptable customer service. The mattress you try in the store is not the mattress they deliver — it feels like a scam. I’ve also seen other reviews reporting similar issues, including customers noting their items were never delivered and the store never contacted them. This level of neglect is unacceptable. I am now preparing to file a complaint with consumer protection, as the store clearly does not provide basic support or stand behind its products. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store entirely. Their customer service is unprofessional, unresponsive, and based on other reviews, this is a recurring problem. BEWARE — once the sale is done, they do not care. UPDATE 12/18/25: Extremely disappointing customer service. Finally received an email 3 days after emailing showroom manager, Mike Tomassiello he said he would have customer service contact me. A technician was eventually sent to my home and confirmed on-site that the mattress was defective. Shockingly, later that same day I received a call from customer service telling me I would need to go back to the store and “work it out” with the store manager. This after their own technician deemed the mattress defective. The amount of finger-pointing and runaround is unacceptable. I am not a heavyweight person, and a mattress at this price point should absolutely not show this kind of wear in such a short amount of time. I provided photos clearly showing the indentation on the used side and the flat, unused side for comparison. This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and poorly handled from start to finish. Customers should not be bounced around when a defect is already confirmed. I will be escalating this matter to government agency, Consumer Protection due to the lack of accountability and resolution. Note: The first photo shows the side of the mattress that has been slept on, with a visible sag after less than two months of use. The second photo shows the opposite side, which has not been slept on and remains noticeably flatter. PS. Oh wow, see the review below me how he's had to CHASE them down for the proper customer service. This must be an ongoing issue with them.
