  Today, I had a very pleasant experience especially due to the amazing and so professional support of Monet Bourne, who guided us and provided us with important information regarding the different types of sectionals. We are so happy with our choice and can’t wait to receive our new sofa, in just a week from today. Thank you Monet for uour dedication and kindness.

  My husband I had a great experience working with Monet Bourne, our sales associate, while purchasing our living room furniture. She greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in, took the time to ask what we were looking for, and quickly guided us that matched our needs perfectly. She was friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire process feel easy and stress free. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a helpful and salesperson like her.

  Went in looking for a sectional with a sleeper so my choices were limited but the store still had a great selection and my sales woman Franny was patient, so sweet and most importantly not pushy. She is amazing. Ironically I was talking about how amazing she is to my coworker, and she just bought a couch from her two weeks ago and said the same. Thank you Franny for helping me and making me super excited for my new couch!

  Christopher M. (manager) and Customer service repair & site team were helpful, accommodating, and responsive. It was a true pleasure meeting White Plains Team and having them help with my decision. Store is appealing with wide variety of furniture’s displayed in the two floor showrooms. Furniture protection plan is a must have if you are investing in quality furniture. They stood by their protection plan and had furniture replaced since it was discontinued/ irreparable. I will gladly provide my experience with delivery once received. Overall, Great experience!!

  Awesome experience working with Fanny at the White Plains store. Her patience, professionalism and knowledge guided me through several furniture purchases in the past year. Despite numerous delays on my end, she was always understanding and accommodating. She patiently worked to understand my needs and preferences, and thanks to her knowledge of the available furniture products, I wound up with dining room and bedroom furniture that I’m extremely pleased with. I will certainly be returning.
