Unfortunately, I must edit the review due to very poor customer service and response. A sofa I ordered was out of stock and when I noticed on the website that it was later available I called for delivery. I was given a delivery date and time but on the day scheduled, I received no tracking link and the sofa was not delivered. Since then I have chatted with several reps and requested a refund. They claim emails were sent to refund the cost of the sofa which has not happened yet. I also texted with the above mentioned rep (Kevin) on 11/9 and he was supposed to get back to me but it's been a week since his last text and still no refund. I appreciated the furniture I bought in the past from R&F but it doesn't seem that customers are important once a sale is done. Unfortunately, they have lost this customer.

I would never recommend this location or brand again. I hope anyone who sees this considers other locations. Not to mention they also damaged a door and window that was totally dismissed. I’ll be going through small claims court soon.

My couch delivery was scheduled for October 17, but the order was cancelled without any notice. After days of calling and speaking with multiple representatives (including Mario and Mike) with no clear answers, I was told a new delivery was set for October 22. My fiancé and I even took paid time off from work to be home — yet the couch never arrived again, and no one contacted us. After six days of back-and-forth, missed deliveries, and zero communication, we finally cancelled our order and went through the Springfield, PA location, who handled everything quickly and professionally. The lack of organization, accountability, and customer care at the White Plains store was beyond frustrating. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location and working with another Raymour & Flanigan store that values their customers’ time and communication.
